We are

Venezuela Renaciente

DM Talent Academy

DM Talent Academy is Venezuela Renaciente, founded in September 2019, under the direction of Diana Meneses, a Venezuelan professional dancer who in collaboration with a group of enthusiastic Venezuelans, preserve and promote the folklore and culture of Venezuela, sharing in common the love for dance in order to keep alive their traditions abroad. Currently our academy also offers a variety of modern and contemporary dance programs for all ages.

One of the main objectives is to highlight the values and Venezuelan culture within the community, for this reason the school is open to different nationalities, currently we have members from countries such as Colombia, Peru and Venezuela.

We are here to support the hopes and dreams that every dancer wishes to pursue.

Each presentation motivates us to give our best. However, it takes time, discipline and dedication to develop the skills and abilities required. We teach and expect all of our students to be respectful and encouraging at all times to teachers, teammates and those with whom we interact.

The new families that join and integrate, will feel at home. It is with this criteria in mind that we make our selection to be part of this great family of dancers.

Commitment and Dedication

Dance is a year-round art, and we all look forward to a successful season for our students. To make this happen, we are committed to providing highly qualified teachers, top-notch equipment and a training environment that prioritizes safety, support and positive experiences, ensuring that rehearsals are never compromised.

About Us

Dancing, our passion

Our Mission

We seek to inspire passion for art and culture in each student. We also reinforce values and principles through art, example, positive experiences and memories that they will carry in their hearts and memories for a lifetime.

Our Vision

We want to make sure that every student and family has a positive experience in the art of dance. It is a privilege for us to have the opportunity to teach the art of dance.

Our Objective

We are committed to promoting self-motivation, self-discipline, good work ethic and leadership, team spirit and grace to carry with you for a lifetime.

Security Protocol

Although the art of dance generally does not pose high risks to its practitioners, we are not exempt from injury, which is why all parents should be fully aware of the potential risks involved in dancing. As a school we are very aware of the potential danger and will do everything possible to achieve and maintain a safe environment for our dancers. We believe in strength, flexibility and precautions to keep our dancers as safe as possible.

  • It is important to us that you are aware that, should an injury occur during rehearsal time, the teacher in charge will inform you how it happened.
  • In the event of a serious injury, protocol dictates that we call 911 for medical assistance and then call the parents.
  • If an injury persists for more than a few days, you may want to consider seeking medical attention. Please keep the teacher updated on your child’s health at all times.

Communication

Team communication is an important part of the big picture and things can change very quickly. To monitor this the school principal will include it in a WhatsApp group we request all team parents to download the App. All communications and updates will be posted here. This is a private group for families of students only. All communication regarding team matters will be done through this group.

Parents, you should check the WhatsApp group notifications frequently to keep abreast of all developments and/or changes at Venezuela Renaciente. It is your responsibility to keep your information as up to date as possible with the school principal. Diana Meneses(720) 352-1062, Sra. DO YOUR CONDITIONING AND REHEARSAL TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY!

Yes, conditioning and practice can be or feel a little difficult, but without practice, dedication and consistency you will not succeed, i.e. you will not be able to develop the required skills, so do the best you can!

Time in each rehearsal is extremely valuable. However, it is important that you develop your own habits of self-discipline and self-motivation, in your own time and space. Those habits are the ones that will stay with you long after you leave school.

Treat your fellow students and dance teachers with respect. Remember that this is more than a school, it is a family and everything someone else does will help the family to be better. Bullying, teasing and negative comments, whether in person or on social media, will not be tolerated.
